Sales Development Representative

Role Summary
Reporting to the SDR Team Lead, you will be a key contributor to the New Business Acquisition funnel, operating between an inside sales and sales development capacity. You will work a high-volume prospect pool, managing opportunities from first contact, sometimes through to signing. Your role will alternate between booking qualified meetings for a dedicated sales team, and managing smaller deals end-to-end when requirements align with set criteria.
You will be assigned a portfolio of prospects and receive structured training and coaching to exceed targets. This role is ideal for someone with SDR/BDR experience who is eager for more ownership of the sales process and is working towards a full-cycle closer role.
Key Responsibilities
Work a defined prospect portfolio using a structured outreach cadence (calls, email, and follow-up touchpoints) aligned to KPIs with a vigorous mindset of customer centricity and a nurturing approach.
Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities by identifying decision-makers, understanding needs, confirming fit, and accurately documenting details in the CRM in line with set qualification policies and procedures.
Progress prospects through the funnel by managing next steps, maintaining momentum, and ensuring meeting completion or next-stage conversion.
Book qualified meetings for a dedicated sales team when opportunities require advanced sales skills in line with the qualification criteria.
Run discovery calls and online demos for eligible opportunities and close qualified, smaller deals end-to-end within approved commercial guardrails.
Maintain strong pipeline hygiene: ensure accurate CRM updates, clear notes, stage discipline, and reliable next steps. PF operates with a doctrine of operational excellence with no exceptions.
Strive to beat set KPIs, including activity targets, contact rates, qualification quality, meeting conversion, and closed-won outcomes.
Desired Skills / Experience
Real estate experience is a plus, but not essential.
Minimum 2 years of inside sales and/or outbound sales experience, including high-volume cold calling and commercial conversations (qualification, objection handling, and closing).
Strong English communication (written and spoken) is essential. Arabic is preferred; additional languages are a plus.
Highly organized, self-directed, and effective at managing a busy pipeline with speed and consistency.
Comfortable using CRMs and productivity tools; Salesforce and Quicksuite are a plus. Google Workspace (G-Suite) is essential.
