Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly analytical and creative Arabic SEO Content Specialist who operates at the intersection of linguistic engineering and high-performance copywriting. This role is not about general blog writing; it is about executing a sophisticated content strategy rooted in Entity-Based SEO, NLP, and Mathematical Data Logic.

You will be responsible for executing high-quality Arabic content that is "exciting," brand-aligned, and structurally optimized for search engines. You must be a "power user" of SEO data, capable of building your own tracking dashboards and performing deep-dive entity gap analyses to ensure Property Finder remains the most authoritative voice in the MENA real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research, Content Execution & Entity Optimization

• Entity-Based Execution: Implement entity-based SEO strategies by identifying and optimizing for key entities, salience, and "triplets" (Subject-Predicate-Object) within our Arabic content assets,

Research at scale: Knows all things about information gain, keyword research at scale, and how to structure the content accordingly.

• Premium Copywriting: Write and edit "best-in-class" Arabic content that is exciting, persuasive, and perfectly aligned with the Property Finder brand voice.
• NLP & Semantic Search: Ensure all content is structured to be easily parsed by search engine NLP models, focusing on information gain and semantic depth rather than just keyword density.
• Quality at Scale: Utilize AI and automation tools to scale research and quality auditing, ensuring every piece of content meets our rigorous standards before publication.

2. Reporting, Tracking & Analytics

• Dashboard Development: Familiar with building and maintaining high-level SEO dashboards using Looker Studio, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to track content performance and ROI.
• Progress Monitoring: Take full ownership of tracking content indexing, ranking volatility, and organic growth, providing regular data-backed updates to the SEO Content Manager.
• Gap Analysis: Execute detailed competitor and entity gap analyses to identify content opportunities that will drive incremental traffic and authority.

3. Programmatic & Technical Coordination

• Programmatic SEO (pSEO): Support the execution of programmatic content initiatives, ensuring that data-driven landing pages maintain high linguistic quality and SEO integrity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO Content Manager to translate high-level strategies into actionable technical execution plans.

The Person: Required Skills & Experience

• Academic Background: A strong educational foundation in Mathematics, Engineering, or Linguistics. You must have an analytical mind that understands how systems and languages are structured.
• Arabic Mastery: Native-level Arabic writing skills with the ability to produce exciting, non-generic copy.
• SEO Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO content execution, with deep knowledge of Entity-Based SEO and Keyword Research.
• Data & Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and SEMrush/Ahref, Oncrawl, Screaming Frog,..etc 
• Communication: Excellent English writing and verbal skills. You must be able to present complex SEO data and content performance clearly to stakeholders.
• Presentation Skills: Confident in preparing and delivering data-driven presentations regarding content progress and entity performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in high-traffic consumer platforms, marketplaces, or classifieds (Real Estate experience is a plus).
• Understanding of how search engine algorithms treat Arabic morphology and semantics.
• Experience in using AI-driven workflows to streamline content research and auditing without sacrificing human quality.
